Iditarod Outreach 2010

What a blessed team player.

Tanya, what a  wonderful Christian Witness, and powerpacked meaningful ministry.

After wowing the people of Nome and Norton Sound, Tanya headed to the Kobuk River region this year with her uplifting powerpacked shows.

She presented meaningful life guidance in many different settings with shows daily.

Many were blessed with a number accepting Christ or rededicating their lives during her presentations.

We pray Tanya will be with us again next year and continue in prayer, someone mentioned having Tanya go on the trail to the gyms in the villages through which the Iditarod passes.  We are looking forward to God continuing to accomplish his "good and perfect will" in Nome and throughout Alaska.

You can go directly to Tanya's web page at:
http://www.crevierministries.org/family/tanya/ for more information of the blessings she has blessed us with and what we have to look forward to again next year.

We also were blessed with Randy Shepherd and Jamie Johnson of Crossfire Christian Basketball Ministries. Randy and Jamie presented in several different venues including the prestigious Lonnie O'Conner Invitational Basketball Tournament,
Anvil Mountain Correctional Center, Seaside Center Halfway House, Nome Juvenile Correction Center, and held daily training at the Nome Church of the Nazarene.

Many accepted Christ and rededicated their lives.

God blessed us greatly with these two dynamic (dunamis) for Christ ministries.

Bible in a Bucket

What a blessing, we gave out numerous subsistence buckets to people around Nome, the Norton Sound Region and the Kobuk River Region for their subsistence use, with a bible in each bucket and for the ongoing Spiritual use...pray that God will work mightily in this area.

We sent teams to Teller, Shismaref, and White Mountain in Norton Sound.  The Kobuk teams went to Kotzebue, Noorvik, and Kiana giving our a number of subsistence Buckets and were blessed indeed by all the wonderful people there as we gave out the buckets that we brought with us.  We are looking forward to bringing buckets to more village next year and a possible revisits to the beautiful communities we visited this year and their wonderful people.

Why Do we Do the Crazy things we do?

People see us serving and being servants to others around us and wonder what's wrong with us.  I praise God each time a person looks at me and thinks this thought.  Jesus Christ has made me a "peculiar person" as he desires to make each Christian.

In Esteeming others as greater than ourselves we once again show Gods great love and desire towards man.  Let us continue to encourage, exhort and call one another  to continue the good that He has placed before us.

Acts 1:8 (KJV)
But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

Matthew 28 (KJV)

19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
